Rents & Service Charges Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract until March 2027)
At Stonewater, we believe everyone deserves a place to call home. We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Rents & Service Charges Coordinator to join our Commercial & Revenue team and help deliver an outstanding service to our customers.
This role supports the accurate calculation and administration of rents and service charges, ensuring customers receive clear information and excellent support when they need it most.
The role
As our Rents & Service Charges Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries relating to rents and service charges, taking ownership of queries through to resolution. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, managing agents and external partners to ensure timely, accurate and customer-focused outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer enquiries regarding rents, service charges and invoicing, providing professional and timely resolutions.
- Supporting the administration and issuing of service charge invoices and Section 20 notices.
- Assisting with the calculation of rents and service charges for new homes and re-lets.
- Supporting projects that improve service charge processes, accuracy, efficiency and customer experience.
- Building effective relationships with managing agents and key stakeholders across the business.
- Providing administrative support to the wider Rents & Service Charges team as required.

What we're looking for
We're seeking someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong attention to detail and is comfortable handling financial information.
You'll bring:
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Strong numerical skills with confidence interpreting financial information.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with spreadsheets and performing calculations.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-focused mindset.
