What We Expect
We are looking for a passionate Repair Sales Advisor to join our team based in Nottingham.
As a Sales Advisor, your day to day will include:
- Account management and delivering optimal customer service
- Pricing preparation of estimates and quotations for repairs
- Dealing with customer price enquiries and requests for repairs
- Liaison with Repairs Supervisor to ascertain realistic lead times to complete repairs
- Administration - entering orders in the customer management system, order tracking, responding to customers by email and telephone
- Achieving monthly sales targets for repairs
- Managing sales activity, pipeline building and forecasting
- Working closely with the Operations team to ensure efficient fulfilment of orders and repairs
- Attention to detail in order to fully understand requirements and recommendations on insurance, dilapidation and service reports

Who we are looking for
- Driven and success oriented
- Eager to ensure that your customers experience the very best responsiveness, support and trusted advice.
- Industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Customer oriented, organised and commercially astute
- Able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross functionally with the operations and field engineer teams
- Demonstrate the highest levels of customer support
