Role Description
The Repair Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues with appliances and building systems, completing repairs, carrying out routine maintenance, and ensuring work meets safety and quality standards. The role involves responding to service requests, documenting work performed, and coordinating with supervisors and other trades as needed. The Repair Specialist will interact with clients on-site, provide clear updates on repair status, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

- Damage Repair & Resurfacing NVQ level 2 (Construction).
- Strong Maintenance & Repair and Appliance Repair skills, with experience working on common household and commercial systems.
- Proficient Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose issues efficiently and identify effective repair solutions.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage expectations and ensure a professional service experience.
- Clear and respectful Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Relevant experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or a similar repair-focused role.
- Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in an on-site environment.
- Vocational training, technical certification, or apprenticeship in a maintenance, construction, or repair discipline is an asset.
