Repair Technical Sales Coordinator

As a Repair Technical Sales Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to our Repair Technical Sales team in Montrose. You will help keep customer orders, reporting and repair activities moving efficiently while supporting colleagues across the team.

This is a 12-month temporary position, working five days per week onsite in Montrose. You will have the opportunity to apply your administration and coordination experience within NOV's repair operations while developing your knowledge of our systems, processes and technical services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities supporting the Repair Technical Sales team.
  • Process purchase orders and support the accurate administration of customer orders.
  • Prepare and maintain customer update reports, job information and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor sales and work orders, helping the team maintain visibility of priorities and progress.
  • Support quotation administration, pricing information and other documentation required by the team.
  • Coordinate information with colleagues and relevant internal or external contacts to help keep repair activities progressing.
  • Maintain accurate records and use Excel and other business systems to organise and report information.
  • Manage competing administrative priorities effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment and provide general support across the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordination or similar support role.
  • Strong computer skills, including confidence using Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn and work across multiple business systems.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work onsite in Montrose five days per week.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in sales administration, sales coordination or a comparable customer/order-support environment.
  • Experience processing purchase orders, maintaining customer reports or coordinating order-related documentation.
  • Experience working in a busy environment where you have managed multiple administrative priorities and supported a wider team.
