Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Repair Technician located in Uddingston. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer tools and equipment to a high standard of quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Equipment troubleshooting
- Performing routine maintenance
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes

Qualifications
- Expertise in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and service delivery
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide updates to customers
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
- Relevant vocational training, certifications, or experience in a similar repair technician role
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a workshop or repair environment
