Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Repair Technician located in Uddingston. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer tools and equipment to a high standard of quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Equipment troubleshooting
  • Performing routine maintenance
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service
  • Maintaining accurate records of repairs
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and service delivery
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide updates to customers
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
  • Relevant vocational training, certifications, or experience in a similar repair technician role
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a workshop or repair environment
