We are one of the very few jewellers in the country that has its own handmade workshop based in the jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. This allows us to provide our clients with an unrivalled range of unique jewellery, bespoke designs by choosing from our wide range of loose diamonds, selection of rings, styles and jewellery to provide them with perfect gifts, wedding bands, earrings, bracelets and pendants. All our diamonds are certified and conflict-free.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our busy Birmingham Repairs and Assessment Department, with a yearly salary of up to £25,500, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a number of administrative positions. We are looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for quality in order to complete administrative tasks for our Repair and Assessment department.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an Administrator for the Repairs and Assessment department at Neve Jewels will include, but not be limited to:
- Oversee communication between Jewellery Sales Showrooms and the Operations team.
- Handle the processing of incoming and outgoing jewellery repairs.
- Coordinate the purchase of jewellery repair-related items and collaborate with the accounts team.
- Work closely with our IT departments to inform them and resolve any system issues.
- Maintain and update multiple tracking spreadsheets with accurate data.
- Perform various ad hoc tasks as needed within the department.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for quality
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Excellent organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in using Apple iMac computers.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data entry, formula creation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Strong ability to manage and interpret large datasets for reporting and tracking purposes.
