Job Overview
We are seeking the right person to provide and coordinate administrative support to the Wheelchair Repair and Service team.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with patients, carers, and relatives for the repair and service of wheelchair mobility aids.
- Assist in the allocation and coordination of daily workloads.
- Share in team activities such as controlling and ordering stock, monitoring and allocating wheelchairs, and assisting in stock control systems.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Qualifications
- Essential: GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
Personal Qualities
- Essential: Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative, self-motivated, reliable, and punctual.
- Desirable: Understanding of confidentiality

- Essential: Organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, IT literacy, ability to manage phone calls professionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
