Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and initiative-taking Repair Co-Ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the ASM (Area Service Manager) community in scheduling chargeable repairs, ensuring that work is completed efficiently while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills to liaise with engineers, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors effectively.
This position will cover 12 Months maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the ASM in scheduling and managing chargeable repairs.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with engineers to book in repair work efficiently.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair completion timelines.
- Order necessary parts and follow up with suppliers, logistic companies, and subcontractors.
- Participate as an active member of the Planner Group team, collaborating on workload and sharing best practices.
- Present up-to-date figures on progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with targets.
- Review completed work to ensure timely invoicing and resolve any DMR queries.
- Track invoice rates and figures throughout the month to ensure targets are met.
- Support ASMs with insurance annotation and documentation.
- Understand contract terms to determine whether a repair is chargeable or covered under an existing contract.
- Provide coverage for other planners during holidays and sickness periods.

Skills & Experience
- Good customer service and administration skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and Adobe. (Training will be given).
- Good communication skills, both internal and external.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in logistics, scheduling, or repair planning is a plus.
