Salary £35,224

Location: Hybrid - Peterborough

This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy that will close in 15 days at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

As a Repairs Coordinator at Amplius, you'll play an important part in supporting our responsive repairs and empty homes service. Working closely with surveyors, contractors and colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure repairs are delivered on time, within budget and to the high standards our customers expect.

Salary: £35,224 per year

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, full time

Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5:15pm

Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Peterborough office

Snapshot of your role

  • Provide administrative support to help deliver responsive and empty homes repairs on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage customer enquiries and requests, providing a professional, helpful and customer-focused service.
  • Support the investigation of complaints and provide information to help resolve them quickly and effectively.
  • Arrange asbestos surveys, inspections and any follow-up work needed to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Keep systems up to date by raising works orders, processing changes, coordinating inspections and supporting payment processes.
  • Produce performance reports and support the monitoring of budgets and service performance.
  • Organise meetings with contractors and residents, ensuring customers are kept informed and consulted throughout repair works.
