Repairs Coordinator

Eaton MSD Cheltenham is looking for a Repairs Coordinator. As part of the Customer Repairs team, you will be delivering support to ensure excellent customer service to our Aftermarket customers.

You will represent the customer and ensure that their voice is heard and acted upon within Eaton MSD, whilst also understanding and working towards the goals of the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Review all customer repair/upgrade/modification orders in accordance with departmental procedures, ensuring customer requirements are understood, communicated with the business and where necessary challenged with the customer prior to commencing work on the customer owned products.
  • Support the team on administration activities as required.
  • Support with the provision of information to support the quotation process.
  • Accurately load customer repair/upgrade/modification orders into Ultra’s ERP system.
  • Provide quotations to the customers for work to be performed on their units.
  • Place/Expedite/Confirm purchase orders relating to parts returned to supplier.
  • Coordinate the completion of PO review activity for customer services.
  • Collate data for reporting purposes as and when required.

Qualifications:

  • Aerospace experience
  • ERP business system familiarity
  • Awareness of export and import processes
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications

  • Well organised, can plan and schedule work effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
