Repairs Manager
Location: Surrey
Working Arrangement: Onsite
Salary: Competitive / open to negotiation based on experience
The Opportunity
A growing aviation business is looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to take ownership of its repairs function as the company enters an exciting period of growth. This is a newly important position within a small, high-performing team, offering the opportunity to build and develop the repairs function as the business expands.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong MRO, aircraft component repair or aviation aftermarket background who is comfortable managing repair activity from start to finish and building strong relationships with external MROs and repair vendors.
The Role
You will take responsibility for managing the end-to-end repair process, ensuring components are repaired efficiently, cost-effectively and in line with the required quality and compliance standards.

You'll be:
- Experienced within an aviation/MRO environment.
- Managing multiple repairs and priorities.
- Dealing directly with MROs and suppliers.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of repair costs and turnaround times.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership.
- A strong relationship builder.
- Willing to attend MRO/shop visits when required.
