What You’ll Be Doing
As a Repairs and Maintenance Operative, you will:
- Carry out a range of routine and emergency repairs
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Use a PDA to receive and update work orders
- Accurately record works completed
- Provide photographic evidence where required
- Aim to resolve repairs on the first visit wherever possible
- Keep residents informed throughout the process
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding repairs service
- Be responsible for maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
