We’re currently looking for an experienced Repairs Scheduling & Administration Manager to join our team in Basingstoke! This is a full time 12-month fixed term position working 37 hours per week with, a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration within the team and other colleagues across the business.
The successful candidate will also be required to work from both our Portsmouth and Basingstoke offices when business needs require, so flexibility to travel between locations is essential. Business mileage will be paid.

About the Role
As Repairs Scheduling & Administration Manager you’ll lead our Responsive Repairs, Administration, and Compliance Planning teams within Property Services. This is a key managerial role where you'll be responsible for driving performance, productivity and continuous improvement across our planning and admin functions, ensuring repairs are completed within target timescales and delivering a consistently high-quality service to customers. You'll oversee the effective scheduling of repair and maintenance works, lead operational improvements, manage performance against key KPIs, and act as a solution-focused escalation point for complex enquiries, helping us provide safe, efficient and customer-focused services.
Working closely with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in improving service delivery, optimising operative productivity and ensuring compliance obligations are met across our homes. You'll use data and insight to identify opportunities for improvement, lead and develop high-performing teams, and support the delivery of VIVID's wider strategic objectives through strong leadership, effective decision-making and a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements
We're looking for a confident and inspiring manager with experience managing repairs planning, administration and compliance functions within a social housing, contractor or similar environment. You'll bring excellent people management and communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to lead change while maintaining high levels of performance. With a sound understanding of property maintenance, compliance requirements and the social housing sector, you'll be comfortable working with performance data, dynamic scheduling systems and competing priorities. In this role you’ll create a culture where teams are motivated to deliver outstanding outcomes for customers every day.
