The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Repairs Supervisor to lead and support our Repairs team in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service.
You will be responsible for managing team performance, driving operational excellence, and ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will play a key role in embedding our values and fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive team culture.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across our housing portfolio. A company van will be provided to support you in carrying out your duties.

You will have:
- Proven experience of leading and managing teams.
- A strong track record of driving performance and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience within a repairs, maintenance, construction, or housing environment.

- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and improving tenant satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check and must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
