We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our team, leading a dedicated group of tradespeople and subcontractors delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across the Kent area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service while supporting and developing a high-performing workforce.

As Repairs Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
