Repairs Supervisor
An opportunity to work with a leading housing provider, based in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. Working within the repairs team to deliver quality repairs with a focus on damp and mould.
- Lead, motivate, engage, supervise and monitor the performance of your team to ensure the effective delivery of a high-quality priority repairs service.
- Working side by side, supervise the performance and development of your team providing hands on expertise, coaching, performance review (1-2-1s) and other developmental support as required, ensuring a quality service is provided and performance is dealt with appropriately.
- Undertake basic damp and mould remediation works such as anti-bacterial washdowns, application of anti-fungal treatments, stain blocking, minor decoration, testing & simple maintenance of ventilation systems, trickle vents, extract fans, and clearing of gutters and other rainwater goods ensuring all are in good working order.
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met in accordance with Midland hearts policy, procedures, and statutory requirements.
