Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Reporter role based at Park Plaza in London. The Reporter will research, gather, and write news and feature stories that highlight hotel initiatives, guest experiences, events, and brand developments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews with team members and stakeholders
- Attending and covering hotel events
- Producing clear, engaging written content for internal and external channels
The role involves collaborating with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging, using multimedia tools to support storytelling where appropriate, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.

Qualifications
- Strong Reporting and News Writing skills, with the ability to produce accurate, timely, and compelling stories
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills, including clear narrative structure and audience-focused messaging
- Basic Multimedia skills, such as working with photos, video, or audio to enhance written content
- Strong research abilities, attention to detail, and sound editorial judgment
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced hospitality environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
- A background in journalism, communications, or a related field, along with prior reporting experience, is highly beneficial
- Experience covering lifestyle, travel, or hospitality topics and familiarity with digital publishing tools are advantageous
