Reporting Analyst
📍 Leicester | 💷 £35,000 | 🏡 Hybrid Working (2 Days Office, 3 Days Remote)
Looking for your first step into the world of Data Analytics?
We're partnering with a large, highly respected organisation to recruit a Reporting Analyst based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior analyst looking to develop their skills within a data-driven environment and gain exposure to real business decision-making.

- Producing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analysis
- Interpreting data to identify trends and insights
- Supporting stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Reviewing reporting processes and suggesting improvements
- Working with large datasets using Excel and reporting tools
We're looking for:
- A recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in Data Analytics
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
