We are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to join our team!

Experienced analytics professional skilled in transforming complex data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, develop intuitive dashboards, and deliver impactful analytics solutions. Expertise in data validation, SQL development, data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization, with a strong focus on accuracy, performance, and user experience. Adept at translating technical findings into compelling data stories for executive leadership and non-technical audiences. Experienced in developing, maintaining, and optimizing analytics platforms, reports, dashboards, and data models to drive operational efficiencies and business growth.

How You’ll Shine

  • Reviewed, validated, and prepared data from enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Developed and deployed business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reports that delivered actionable insights to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Performed complex SQL queries, data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support reporting and decision-making needs.
  • Collaborated with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Monitored BI platform usage and user feedback to continuously improve dashboard functionality, content, and performance.
  • Conducted ad hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives.
  • Worked closely with database administrators and technical teams to maintain and enhance enterprise data warehouse and operational data store environments.
  • Designed, tested, documented, and maintained BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, data models, stored procedures, and automated processes.
  • Presented analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences through compelling data storytelling and visualizations.
  • Ensured reporting accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency while identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

What You Will Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Data Modeling, SQL (including front-end and Sequel), and Python
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, performance, and user experience
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and translate technical findings into business insights
