Role Description
The Reporting Analyst role at HEXOWA Technologies Limited is a contract, on-site position based in London. The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and improving regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making across operations, finance, and service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Gathering and validating data from multiple systems
- Performing structured analysis
- Identifying trends and variances
- Presenting findings in clear dashboards and reporting formats
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, creating and documenting reporting standards, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The Reporting Analyst will also contribute to process improvements, support performance tracking for key metrics, and assist in developing insights that enhance operational efficiency and client service quality.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Reporting & Analysis capabilities to interpret complex data sets and produce actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Finance and related business concepts to support financial and operational reporting.
- Data Analytics skills, including experience with spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools.
- Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
- Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools; experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in London, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in IT services, infrastructure, or technology-driven organizations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
