Role: Reporting Analyst

We are looking to add a Reporting Analyst to our team in our Seattle office. As a Reporting Analyst, your key focus is on preparing accurate and timely reports for institutional clients by compiling disparate data sources into a cohesive structure. This role requires a high level of precision and thoroughness. Successful candidates will exhibit a willingness to learn new skills and collaborate with team members to achieve client service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the quarterly reporting cycle, including collecting, requesting, and tracking data from vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare book-wide investment performance calculations and ensure data is accurate, complete, and reconciled.
  • Develop and distribute quarterly participant education materials and other client-facing reporting.
  • Prepare, finalize, and distribute quarterly client reviews, ensuring materials are accurate and delivered on schedule.
  • Gather updated performance and balance information and prepare ad-hoc analyses to support client meetings, including fee reviews, plan design analyses, and participant reviews.
  • Document client meeting notes, action items, and deliverables and coordinate follow-throughs to ensure timely completion.
  • Complete post-meeting client deliverables and ongoing reporting needs while maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate recurring reporting processes and reconcile records as needed.
  • Support long-term, non-cyclical projects and initiatives that improve reporting, client service, and operational efficiency.
  • Research relevant industry trends, regulatory and legislative developments, and other applicable topics to inform client service and prepare for upcoming quarterly reporting cycles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
