Service Reporting

Title of role – Service Reporting

Location – London Paddington area

Mode of Working - Hybrid

Employment Type - B2B Contract for 6 Months (extendable)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, data analytics, and dashboard development to deliver actionable insights, support business decision-making, and drive data-driven reporting solutions. Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard development is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Create and manage ServiceNow reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
  • Gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
  • Analyse business and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and data modeling activities.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, SLA, and performance measurement reports.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and executive-level dashboard requirements.

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including data analysis, reporting, presentation development, and creation of business-ready documentation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM reporting (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, SLA metrics).
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams.
  • Exposure to Power Automate and reporting automation solutions.
