Job Description
Due to a growing demand for our consultancy services we are seeking to recruit an experienced individual with experience of dashboard development, business analysis, process & data mapping, data analysis, Power BI, and data warehouse skillsets to join our specialist project controls function. The role involves supporting a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions, and we are seeking an individual with a strong track record of delivering data and analytics projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client’s data and systems
- Map out end-to-end data processes and data flows
- Develop wireframes, proof-of-concepts, or specifications of dashboards
- Develop dashboards in Power BI to support data-driven decision making
- Evaluate, design, implement, and manage database solutions
- Extract and integrate large datasets from multiple sources
- Setup and maintain automated reporting processes
- Provide technical expertise in delivering business requirements

Qualifications
- A track record of leading reporting and analytics functions in capital projects and programmes
- Experience of managing, designing, and delivering business reporting solutions using different analytical tools to provide actionable insight for the business
- Experience of working with structured and unstructured data sets
- Ability to extract and link data using SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Advanced use of excel formulas and reporting automation using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
- Advanced knowledge of BI Tool set-up (analytics) preferably Power BI
- Exceptional customer focus/engagement/stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrable experience in leading service, process, and system improvements
- Intermediate knowledge of schedule, cost, risk, and change management processes
