About the Role

Miniclip has grown significantly in recent years, increasing both in scale and complexity through organic growth and M&A. As our Commercial Finance function continues to evolve, we are strengthening our reporting capabilities and making greater use of data and technology to support better, faster decision-making.

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team in London. Reporting to the Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager, you’ll combine financial analysis, data and reporting to provide clear insights to stakeholders across the business.

This is an opportunity to play an important role in the evolution of our reporting landscape, with Power BI becoming increasingly central to how we deliver reporting across Commercial Finance.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

  • Analyse financial and operational data from multiple sources, ensuring data is accurate, structured and fit for reporting.
  • Build, maintain and enhance reports and dashboards, including Power BI outputs.
  • Help move manual and existing reporting into more automated, scalable and user-friendly solutions.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into clear and practical reporting solutions.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly and ad hoc financial and performance reporting.
  • Support Commercial Finance with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Prepare reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders, including the CFO and studio leadership teams.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly Board reporting materials.
  • Maintain and improve reporting packs, processes and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data, systems and reporting processes across Commercial Finance.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support to the wider Finance team as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
