Role: Reporting and Insights Analyst
Location: Woodstock, Oxfordshire (with flexibility to work from home)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description
We are on a journey to revolutionise the way our clients engage, market and sell into the automotive industry. The Reporting and Insights Analyst plays a critical role in supporting this work, providing the reports, data and insight needed to ensure we can effectively leverage automation and agentic processes for a best-in-class experience for our clients’ customers.
Reporting into the Head of Data and Insight, this role will utilise Salesforce analytics suite (CRM Analytics, Tableau, Data Cloud), delivering regular reports, insights and analytics to our clients, and is focused on helping the sales teams prioritise work, improve processes and enhance the way we use data.

The Reporting and Insights Analyst will also support the automation of reporting processes within Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau, enabling clients to transition from manual reports to real-time data-driven insights.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a data role with direct commercial impact. We’re looking for a motivated, data-driven individual, ideally with a few years’ experience working with CRM, sales or operational data to join us on our growth journey.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in reporting, data management or business analysis, preferably in Salesforce ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data and analytics suite for building dashboards and reports (CRM Analytics, Tableau, Data Cloud, etc.).
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and data handling skills, with experience in producing structured and repeatable reporting packs.
- Some experience of SQL, Python, CI/CD and data engineering desirable but not essential.
- Ability to deliver accurate reporting outputs within defined timelines.
- Understanding of CRM data quality measures (accuracy, completeness, currency).
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across commercial, sales or marketing teams.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data governance principles.
- Automotive, fleet or B2B reporting experience desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Produce monthly reporting packs, consolidating data across Levo, clients and partners.
- Deliver regular reporting on sales, prospecting, demo and agreement activity.
- Build, document and maintain live dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau.
- Support the Head of Data and Insight in monitoring CRM data quality metrics and developing data strategy for clients.
- Work with stakeholders across the client ecosystem to refine reporting requirements and outputs.
- Ensure all reporting complies with clients’ data governance and GDPR standards.
- Support testing and rollout of new Salesforce reporting functionality and enhancements.

Objectives
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting packs for client stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain live dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Ensure reporting outputs provide actionable insight to support the clients’ commercial decision-making.
- Contribute to measurable improvements in CRM data quality by monitoring and reporting on data accuracy, completeness and currency.
- Ensure reporting outputs align with clients’ KPIs and SLAs.
- Provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer to support long-term reporting sustainability.
