Overview

We are hiring a Reporting & Insights Director to help shape how one of the world's most iconic luxury brands measures success and uncovers opportunities for long-term growth. In this role, you'll transform complex performance data into clear, compelling insights that influence strategic decisions across global digital channels. Working closely with strategy, data and activation teams, you'll combine analytical thinking with powerful storytelling to create lasting value for the client. Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Lead reporting and insight generation across Social and YouTube, delivering clear analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
  • Establish reporting frameworks, governance standards and best practices that improve consistency and quality across the account.
  • Drive the evolution of reporting by developing scalable, insight-led solutions that enhance efficiency and impact.
  • Translate complex performance data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Identify trends, learning opportunities and performance drivers to inform campaign optimisation and long-term business planning.
  • Partner with strategy, channel and data teams to deliver audience, platform and behavioural insights that strengthen recommendations.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders by providing expert guidance and communicating insights with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Experience delivering reporting, analytics or strategic insights within a media, digital or marketing environment.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and transform it into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of digital media performance and how measurement supports business and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong partnerships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Curious and strategic mindset, with a passion for understanding audiences, performance and long-term brand growth.
  • Proactive, organised and committed to continuously improving reporting quality, insight generation and decision-making.
