This is a new and exclusive opportunity for a Reporting Delivery Practice Lead to join this investment Banking business as they grow their data reporting delivery team in London city.
Role requirements
- Job Title: Reporting Delivery Practice Lead
- Employer: investment Bank
- Location: London city with home working hybrid 50/50%
- Permanent role, salary £80,000- £110,000 plus bonus
Role focus: enterprise delivery of reporting / data visualisation platforms, project management, and leadership skills. Experience in analytics and reporting within corporate investment banking or capital markets.
We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Reporting Practice Lead to drive the delivery of our strategic reporting and analytics platforms across our EMEA division.

This role is critical in enabling front-office, risk, compliance, and operations teams to make data-driven decisions with speed and confidence. You will be a hands-on lead of a team of delivery resources and BI developers, within a wider data and analytics platforms team, ensuring the timely execution of complex reporting initiatives in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Strategic & Technical Leadership
- Define, design and implement the analytics and reporting standards, frameworks and practices for the EMEA Data & Analytics Platforms.
- Practice Leadership & Governance - Guide and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts across multiple geographies inside differing delivery squads.

Experience
- Proven track record of delivering regulatory and operational reporting solutions in a complex, high-volume environment.
- Deep expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Databricks AI/BI) and strong SQL/data modelling skills.
