Create trusted reporting that shapes better decisions
Are you an experienced Business Intelligence professional who can transform complex data into accurate, accessible and meaningful reporting? Do you enjoy designing scalable BI solutions, developing trusted reporting models and helping organisations make confident, evidence-based decisions? If so, this could be the opportunity for you.
We’re looking for a Reporting & Insights Lead to join our Data Analytics & BI team. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality reporting and Business Intelligence solutions that support regulatory reporting, corporate performance management and operational decision-making across A2Dominion.
This is more than a traditional reporting role. You’ll help establish a consistent, trusted and reusable approach to reporting, ensuring our dashboards and reports are built using governed data, agreed definitions and scalable data models. Your work will directly support A2Dominion’s ambition to create a single version of the truth across the organisation.
Working closely with Data Products, Data Engineering, Data Management and Governance teams, as well as stakeholders across the wider organisation, you’ll translate reporting requirements into structured BI solutions that are accurate, traceable and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality Business Intelligence solutions, including Board and Executive dashboards, corporate performance reports, regulatory reporting outputs and operational reports
- Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent and aligned with agreed organisational definitions and data models
- Build reporting solutions using certified data products and governed datasets
- Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and business stakeholders to align reporting with trusted and reusable data assets
- Develop and maintain semantic models and reporting layers that support consistent and scalable BI solutions
- Support the development of regulatory returns and assurance reporting that meets required standards for accuracy, completeness, auditability and traceability
- Apply robust testing and validation to BI solutions, identifying and resolving issues with data, logic or presentation before release
- Constructively challenge requests for one-off or ad hoc reporting where a reusable solution would provide greater long-term value
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, consistency and usability of reporting

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
