The role

We're looking for a Reporting Lead to support the effective management of our heat networks. Reporting to the Heat Network and Energy Manager, you will lead on key reporting activity, support metering and billing processes, and help ensure our residents have access to affordable, reliable heat.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reporting on regulatory compliance across our heat network assets.
  • Producing performance reports covering repairs, billing and customer satisfaction.
  • Analysing data, track performance and support accurate reporting.
  • Supporting accurate metering and billing through external suppliers.
  • Liaising with residents and supporting complaint resolution.
  • Improving processes for heat metering and billing services.
  • Supporting contract management activity, milestones and KPIs.
  • Helping develop infrastructure replacement programmes.

This role can be based in our London or Sittingbourne office and offers a hybrid working role with the option to work from home 3 days per week. Home-working days will be agreed with your line manager.

What you'll need:

  • Knowledge of the net zero carbon agenda and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including the ability to manage, analyse and present data clearly.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A methodical, organised and solution-focused approach.
  • Very good organisational and reporting skills.
  • The ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
