Your mission
- Production and delivery of fund regulatory and client reports
- Ensure report dissemination to clients' target recipients such as distributors, platforms, and data providers
- Report filing to regulators
- Ensure that all reports are consistent, accurate, and meet the underlying requirements
- Client and report recipients' query handling
- Data validation, data sanity checks, and database management
- First- and second-level support for iQuant Platform users
- Support with client and data onboarding
- Tracking of report creation and distribution
- Track and communicate issues to the Relationship Management Team
- Support with the creation of documentation and guidelines
- Help to implement new reports and regulations
Your profile
- Commercial education and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial reporting
- Solid understanding of the asset management industry and its data processes
- Ability to get familiar with several fund reporting types
- Proficient in Excel. Knowledge of MySQL is a plus
- Client-focused, fast-learning, and problem-solving personality
- Strong interest in the asset management industry
- Experience in fund accounting is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English is a must. Other languages are a plus
