About LYNA
Over 250 million women worldwide manage endocrine and reproductive conditions like PCOS, Endometriosis, Infertility, Perimenopause, and Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (RED-S) using generic calorie counters that completely ignore female endocrinology. There is currently no intelligent nutrition platform that bridges the gap between daily dietary intake and endocrine health outcomes.
At LYNA, we are building the nutrition layer for women’s health. By pairing AI-driven meal scanning with condition-specific nutrient scoring, we are building the world's largest real-world dataset linking daily nutrition to endocrine and reproductive health outcomes.
Join Our Medical Advisory Panel
Now, we are inviting a forward-thinking Reproductive Endocrinologist (REI) or Endocrinologist specializing in female reproductive health to join our Medical Advisory Panel.
What You’ll Do
- Endocrine Algorithm Validation: Review and refine LYNA’s core nutrition scoring algorithms to align with clinical endocrinology—focusing on insulin dynamics in PCOS, hypothalamic suppression in RED-S, and hormonal shifts across midlife transitions.
- Irregular & Non-Cycling Protocols: Guide how the platform’s scoring logic adapts when users present with oligomenorrhea, amenorrhea, or irregular perimenopausal cycles.
- Nutritional Biomarker Correlation: Advise on tracking correlations between macronutrient/micronutrient distribution and self-reported endocrine symptoms (e.g., fatigue, metabolic shifts, ovulatory changes).
- Clinical Guardrails & Safety: Ensure AI feedback adheres to evidence-based endocrine guidelines and maintains clinical safety across diverse patient profiles.

Role Structure & Commitment
- Role: Founding Medical Advisor – Reproductive Endocrinology (Volunteer / Unpaid)
- Term: 3-Month Initial Term
- Time Commitment: ~2–4 hours per month (Fully remote & async-friendly)
- Engagement: Monthly 45-minute sync with the founding team + asynchronous protocol/logic reviews
Who You Are
- MD / DO (or international equivalent) board-certified or fellowship-trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) or Endocrinology.
- Strong clinical background in treating ovulatory dysfunction, PCOS, hypothalamic amenorrhea, or perimenopause.
- Grounded in peer-reviewed clinical research and excited to translate complex endocrinology into scalable consumer technology.
- Passionate about preventative medicine, FemTech, and data-driven healthcare.
