Reprographics and Office Services Operator

Salary: £30,800 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: London, EC2M 2AT
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, working shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch. 1 in 4 weekend on-call cover.
Work model: Fully onsite

Williams Lea seeks a Reprographics and Office Services Operator to join our team!

Purpose of role

The Reprographics and Office Services Operator is responsible for providing a proactive on-site office support service to the legal fee earners within this law firm in the heart of the city. This could involve various duties including reprographics, administration, customer service, print, and mailroom.

Key responsibilities

  • Scan, print, copy in various formats and sizes. Various finishing using wire/comb & velo binding equipment. Creation of e-bibles. QC of all work
  • Deal with incoming post. Sort and scan post and email to the relevant departments
  • Deal with outgoing post by Franking/Royal Mail
  • Book couriers and deal with incoming couriers quickly and efficiently
  • Setting up of meeting rooms
  • Support Archiving requests
  • Build relationship with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations by proactively supporting needs
  • Support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for clients
  • Comply with departmental procedures
  • Assist with stationery replenishment of stock/cupboards, record items that need ordering

Personal attributes

  • Previous Reprographics experience is essential
  • A proactive attitude, floor walking where necessary to support fee earners.
  • Good PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Able to think outside the box and make decisions if required in the absence of the Team Leader or Senior Operator
  • Able to handle difficult situations well and to act appropriately.
  • Display an adaptable and flexible approach
  • Team player – not only within their team but personable and will help out wherever required to get the job done
  • First Aid and Fire Warden training provided after successful completion of probation
