Scale 2, Points 4-5: £25,185 - £25,583 pro rata; Actual salary: £11,840.68 - £12,027.79

20 hours per week, Term Time Only + INSET Days (39 weeks), Permanent role

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Reprographics Assistant to join our busy administration team. This varied role combines providing a welcoming front-of-house service along with supporting the school's reprographics function, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service skills, and takes pride in providing high-quality administrative support.

The Role

As our Reprographics Assistant you will be required to carry out the following duties:

  • Process photocopying, printing, laminating and binding requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Prioritise reprographics requests to meet deadlines.
  • Support the administration team with general clerical duties as required.
  • To work alongside our current full time receptionist and provide a warm, professional and efficient reception service to visitors, parents, staff and students.
  • To assist in answering telephone calls and respond to enquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
  • To assist with visitor sign-in procedures and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • To be directed by our current receptionist that reception and reprographics areas are organised and welcoming.
  • This role includes the administering of first aid - a first aid qualification would be an advantage but not essential as training can be provided.
  • A knowledge of school system Arbour would be an advantage but not essential.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoys providing outstanding customer service.
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Can prioritise competing demands and remain calm under pressure.
  • Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Works well independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Has previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role (school experience is desirable but not essential).
