As a Reprographics Assistant in the professional services sector

As a Reprographics Assistant in the professional services sector, you'll play a key role in supporting the legal department with document production and administrative tasks. Based in London, this temporary position requires someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Client Details

Our client is a market-leading legal firm based in the heart of London's West End.

Description

Key duties will include:

  • Manage photocopying, printing, and scanning of legal documents to ensure high-quality output.
  • Assist with the binding and preparation of legal documents for court and client use.
  • Monitor and maintain reprographic equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Organise and file hard copy and electronic documents efficiently.
  • Coordinate with team members to meet tight deadlines for document production.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to legal documentation.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Support the legal team with general administrative duties as required.
