Reprographics Assistant | West End | Legal 500 & Spears Ranked

Are you an organised and proactive legal assistant, legal secretary or administrator with reprographics experience, looking to join a highly regarded London law firm? The Role

This is a varied and hands-on position, providing essential reprographics, document management and office support services across the firm. You'll be responsible for:

  • Producing professional legal documentation
  • Preparing court bundles
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's reprographics facilities

You'll also provide first-line support for office equipment, assist with document deliveries, maintain stock levels, and ensure confidential information is handled securely and accurately at all times.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, dependable and takes pride in delivering an efficient, responsive service to colleagues across the firm.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an administrative, office services or facilities role, ideally within a law firm or other legal professional services environment.
  • Experience producing legal documents, photocopying, printing, scanning and preparing court bundles.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident using document management systems and office reprographics equipment.
  • A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
