We are looking for a Resales Administrator to join our After Sales team and provide essential support across a range of property transactions, including shared ownership resales, equity loans, and staircasing. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career within the housing and property sector while working with a collaborative and supportive team.
About The Role
As a Resales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of after-sales activities. Working closely with internal teams, customers, solicitors, and stakeholders, you will provide high-quality administrative support while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing administrative support to the After Sales team.
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Maintaining accurate customer records on CRM systems.
- Preparing, recording, and processing legal documentation.
- Supporting the signing and sealing of legal documents and monitoring completion timescales.
- Assisting customers through post-completion processes.
- Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Raising invoices and supporting financial administration.
- Contributing to departmental reporting and data management activities.

Essential Experience
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Desirable
- Experience of CMS systems.
- Interest in or experience within the property, housing, or real estate sector.
