About The Role
Are you passionate about property, sales and delivering an excellent customer experience?
MTVH is looking for a Partnerships Resales Consultant to join our team, supporting customers through the shared ownership resale journey while also managing relationships with a range of third-party Registered Providers.
This is a varied role combining shared ownership resales, customer service and partnership management. You’ll manage your own portfolio of resale properties, guide homeowners and buyers through the sales process, and work closely with our partner organisations to deliver a high-quality service in line with their individual requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of shared ownership resales from instruction through to an agreed sale.
- Proactively support homeowners with the marketing and listing of their property, managing enquiries, viewings and buyer applications.
- Guide homeowners and prospective buyers through the resale journey, providing clear and timely communication throughout.
- Work towards monthly sales targets and key performance indicators, taking ownership of your pipeline and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisers and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure transactions are managed in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Manage B2B relationships with third-party Registered Providers, developing a strong understanding of each partner’s requirements and ensuring agreed service standards are consistently met.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to identify and resolve issues, helping transactions progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
