About the role
The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Resales and Staircasing Administrator to join our Sales Team in London. This is a full time, permanent position that offers hybrid working, so your days will be split between working in our central London office and working from home.
As a Resales and Staircasing Administrator you will work closely with customers, solicitors, internal stakeholders and colleagues across the business. You will help coordinate administrative processes, issue correspondence, maintain property and customer records, support data management activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of team procedures. You will also play an important role in resolving customer issues, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering a high-quality service at every stage of the customer journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications
- Previous customer service experience and a commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and information.
- The ability to plan and manage your own workload effectively, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Experience of working to targets and managing competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in using databases and maintaining data accurately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including experience supporting large-scale mailouts and document management.
- Level 2 qualifications, including English and Maths.

Desirable
- Experience of administration systems, processes and procedures.
- Experience working within a housing management, property or social housing environment.
- Experience of taking minutes and supporting formal meetings.
- Experience maintaining customer records using CRM or housing management systems such as Zoho.
- Knowledge of shared ownership, resales or staircasing processes.
- Experience supporting process improvements and ensuring documentation remains up to date and compliant.
