We’re Hiring: Research Analyst

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

💼 Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Research Analyst to conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights that support strategic business decisions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for transforming data and information into actionable recommendations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using internal and external data sources.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret market, industry, customer, competitor, and business data.
  • Prepare research reports, presentations, dashboards, and strategic insights for stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, economic developments, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and execute surveys, interviews, and data collection activities where required.
  • Validate and maintain data accuracy, integrity, and research quality standards.
  • Support strategic planning, business development, marketing, investment, or operational initiatives through research findings.
  • Develop financial, statistical, or market analysis models where applicable.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research objectives and business needs.
  • Maintain research databases, knowledge repositories, and market intelligence resources.

✅ Requirements

  • Experience in research, data analysis, consulting, market research, business intelligence, finance, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SPSS, R, Python, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple research projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
