What You'll Be Doing
- Market Mapping & Research
- Own the research on live searches: map markets, build target lists and identify candidates using a variety of sources

Client & Candidate Contact
- Approach candidates and set up first conversations, building your network across the sector

Support Business Development
- Help shape pitches alongside the Partners: build target lists, run SWOT analyses and assist in winning new client relationships

Project Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare reports and client update documents, work to deadlines and keep the team aligned on live assignments

AI & Innovation
- Take an active role in how Clarity uses AI and technology, helping the business work smarter and sharper

Career Progression
- Potential to develop and progress to Research Associate then Consultant over time, working ever more closely with clients and candidates at the most senior level
About You
- Degree educated or above (any discipline)
- A strong communicator with excellent writing skills
- Naturally curious, commercially minded and eager to learn
- Highly organised, proactive and detail driven
- Confident and professional in engaging with stakeholders
- Resilient and able to work at pace across multiple projects
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and uses initiative
- A positive team player, willing to go the extra mile
- Fluent in English and eligible to work in the UK without restrictions or sponsorship

Additional Information
- Full time, permanent position based in Central London; three days per week in the office (Tue-Thu), with two days per week of flexible working (Mon & Fri)
