Role Description
This full-time, remote Research Analyst role. The Research Analyst will:

- Identify and profile subject-matter experts
- Support project scoping
- Conduct secondary research across life sciences, market research, and corporate strategy topics

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Gathering and synthesizing data from multiple sources
- Preparing concise research briefs
- Supporting survey and interview guides
- Collaborating with internal teams to match experts to client needs
- Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives
The Research Analyst will interact regularly with colleagues and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, high-quality support for client projects.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in market research and general research methods, including secondary and desk research
- Basic understanding of statistics and comfort working with numerical data and simple analyses
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, business, social sciences, life sciences) or equivalent practical experience
- High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with life sciences, consulting, or market research industries is an advantage
- Experience with productivity tools, spreadsheets, and online research platforms is beneficial
