At Inflow, we specialise in executive search for the pharmaceutical CDMO sector, partnering with organisations to appoint senior leaders across Development, Operations, and Quality.

Combining deep market knowledge with evidence-led research and a consultative approach, we help our clients make confident leadership appointments and build lasting partnerships.

We’re looking for a Research Analyst to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity to build a career in executive search, learning every stage of the search process alongside an experienced team. You’ll initially work within our Research & Delivery function, supporting retained executive search assignments through market mapping, talent identification, and market intelligence.

As your experience grows, you’ll have the opportunity to develop into candidate assessment, search delivery, and, ultimately, client relationship management and business development.

If you’re naturally curious, enjoy solving complex problems, and take pride in producing high-quality work, you’ll thrive in this role.

The Role

Working alongside our Director of Research & Delivery, you’ll play a key role in the research that underpins every executive search assignment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mapping leadership teams, organisational structures, and talent markets across the pharmaceutical CDMO sector.
  • Identifying and researching senior executives using LinkedIn, industry resources, and internal databases.
  • Producing detailed market maps and talent intelligence to support retained search assignments.
  • Building and maintaining accurate candidate records and research documentation.
  • Supporting the delivery of confidential executive search projects from launch through to completion.
  • Working closely with the wider team to understand search strategy, market dynamics, and client requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
