Role Description
The Research Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Research Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to support client projects and internal initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and industry research, compiling datasets, performing statistical analysis, and preparing clear reports, charts, and presentations. The role involves working closely with senior team members to develop insights, contribute to client proposals, and support strategic recommendations. The Research Analyst will also be expected to manage timelines, ensure data accuracy, and communicate findings in a concise, accessible manner to both internal stakeholders and clients.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in research and market research methods, including data collection, survey design, and competitive analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistics and experience using statistical tools or software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, or similar).
- Effective communication skills, including clear written reporting and confident verbal presentation of findings.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or Social Sciences.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools); experience with databases is an advantage.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or a similar analytical role is beneficial, as is familiarity with the UK and European market environment.
