About the Role
Beaton Associates is a real estate brokerage firm involved in the disposal and acquisition of commercial properties, including a variety of building types such as industrial, office, retail, student, and hotels. We are currently looking to recruit two individuals to work with our existing team.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a research assistant to collate information on various commercial properties into a concise presentation document for weekly presentation meetings. Good attention to detail and experience in Windows and Microsoft applications are essential.
Key Tasks:
- Data Collection: Gather data from primary and secondary sources, including surveys, interviews, databases, and online resources.
- Report Preparation: Prepare presentations to communicate research.
- Database Management: Maintain and update research databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements
IMPORTANT: Please only apply if you fit the following criteria:
- Education: Undergraduate degree, no postgraduate or masters applicants.
- Experience: 2 years of desk-based work experience.
- Home: UK Resident, London based (within 1 hr of 33 Broadwick Street, London W1F 0DQ).
- Skills: Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), although this can be taught.
- Personality: Good work ethic, wants to learn, passion for research/client interaction.

Working Conditions
- Office based: 8-5pm.
- All equipment will be provided.
- Based in a Grade A office with a rooftop terrace (33 Broadwick Street, Soho - above Soho Radio) within the West End of London.
Application Process
Interested candidates should submit their CV and covering letter. In-person interviews/assessments lasting 2-4 hours will be held w/c 21st September onwards. If successful, this will lead to a full-time job based in Soho, London.
