Market Research Manager

We are looking for someone to be the engine of insights across the bank; translating research, customer and broker feedback into compelling conclusions and strategic recommendations.

You would play a pivotal role in helping the business make better, customer led recommendations which ultimately drive customer value through the delivery of compelling and actionable insights.

About you

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • A degree or equivalent in market research/ analysis, or equivalent professional experience
  • Research agency management experience including writing briefs, managing and evaluating design ideas
  • Excellent knowledge of research principles and practice/ methodologies, including new methods of research
  • Ability to manage personal workload and priorities effectively
  • Negotiation and relationship management skills, including agency management experience
  • Knowledge of BCOB/ FCA regulations to take an effective role in approvals
  • An understanding of Conduct Risks & a customer first approach
  • Ability to work on one’s own initiative and contribute to a team environment
  • Elevated levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Budget management experience desirable
