This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading agency environment on a high-impact short-term project. You will step into a senior oversight role, ensuring the quality and accuracy of social media research and reporting delivered to high-profile clients, while providing strategic guidance to both internal teams and senior stakeholders.

The Role and Deliverables
- Oversee the delivery of monthly social media research and reporting across multiple client accounts.
- Quality assure data, analysis, and insights produced by junior team members.
- Review social media performance metrics and identify any issues, inconsistencies, or opportunities within the data.
- Support the creation of client-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Act as a trusted consultant, responding to client questions and providing expert guidance.
- Present findings and insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear and actionable communication.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in social media research, analytics, or insight generation.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms and the metrics used to measure performance and engagement.
- Hands-on experience with social listening and analytics tools such as Sprinklr and Talkwalker.
- Ability to extract, analyse, and validate data before translating findings into presentations and reports.
- Experience developing or supporting social media strategies informed by research and performance insights.
- Confident working directly with senior stakeholders and communicating complex findings clearly.
- Exposure to financial services or insurance clients would be beneficial.
