What is this role about?

The role ensures delivery of timely and valuable insights from customer and market research data to generate and assess retail marketing programs and strategies.

What will YOU do?

  • Perform customer and market research data analytics to aid the team in formulating and assessing retail programs and strategies
  • Formulate customer clustering and segmentation using our own databases in the pursuit of personalizing our customer relationships via the retail marketing programs and strategies
  • Serve as a Liaison Officer for the company and third party research companies in staging periodic and ad hoc research studies
  • Act as the company custodian of all Market Research Studies
  • Represent CCM in a cross-functional group that includes Data Governance Team to ensure the availability and fast transfer of needed data from source to dashboards
  • Periodic and ad hoc delivery and maintenance of standard dashboards that tracks the performance of all the retail marketing programs and initiatives using the data made available in the data warehouse
  • Communicate analysis thru presentations for the perusal of both internal and external customers
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in market research
  • Proficient in GSuite, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Working knowledge of any analytical and visualization tool (Power BI, SQL, Tableau etc)
  • Above-average analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, Business, Data Science or other related courses
