Research Assistant
Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Assistant to support research activities through data collection, analysis, documentation, and project coordination. The successful candidate will assist in planning and conducting research projects, gathering information from various sources, reviewing literature, organizing research data, and preparing reports and presentations.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support project objectives
- Monitor research progress
- Coordinate research-related activities
- Contribute to the development of actionable insights
- Prepare summaries
- Maintain databases
- Support survey administration
- Assist in the presentation of research findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, data collection techniques, and analytical approaches.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data analysis, report preparation, and data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and research documentation.
- Ability to collect, organize, validate, and analyze data with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple research tasks and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise research reports.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement and research excellence.
