Role Description
The Research Assistant role at COACH ABBEYG is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The Research Assistant will support research projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data, preparing literature reviews, and assisting in the design and implementation of research protocols. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records, contributing to reports and presentations, and coordinating with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Depending on project needs, the role may involve laboratory work or structured data collection, as well as assisting with quality control and documentation. The Research Assistant will also help translate research findings into practical insights that inform coaching programs and performance initiatives.

- Strong Research and Analytical Skills to support data gathering, evaluation, and interpretation.
- Data Analysis capabilities, including experience with basic statistical methods or relevant software tools.
- Laboratory Skills where applicable, including adherence to safety procedures and accurate record-keeping.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to contribute to reports, presentations, and teamwork.
- Relevant degree or coursework in psychology, sports science, social science, life science, or a related discipline.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in London and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with research ethics and data privacy standards; experience with research software or tools is an advantage.
