CardioMind Research Consultancy Ltd is competing for a major new programme of dementia health economics and evidence-synthesis work, and is building its team in preparation.

We're looking to bring on three associates on a flexible/day-rate basis, starting as soon as the contract is confirmed. This posting covers three related openings; please state in your application which one (or more) you're applying for.

Research Assistant — Health Economics

Supporting our Health Economics Lead on economic modelling, unit-cost work, and evidence synthesis across a national programme covering nine real-world projects. Ideal for someone with a health economics background (MSc level or equivalent experience) who is comfortable with structured data work and keen to build toward more senior evaluation delivery.

Research Assistant — Statistics / Health Economics

Working alongside our Health Economics Lead on data cleaning, pooling and statistical support for a national meta-analysis and economic burden model. Ideal for someone with statistics training and an interest or background in health economics or health data.

Project Coordinator & Data Manager

Coordinating data collection across work streams, maintaining the project database and data-quality trackers, managing version control and secure documentation, and preparing validated data for analysis. Project coordination and/or data management experience welcome; health/research-sector experience a plus.

What we're looking for, across all three roles:

  • Right to work in the UK, without restriction on the hours or type of work you can do for an external company
  • Comfortable working flexibly and remotely as part of a small, senior consultancy team.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable with structured, checkable work; the work carries the data-quality and data-protection requirements typical of a UK government contract.
